Refund and Returns Policy for Conaachill Watches

At Conaachill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to assist with a hassle-free return and refund process. Please carefully read our Refund and Returns Policy below.

Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including the original packaging, and free of any wear or damage. The item must also include all included accessories and documentation.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@conaachill.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team. If the new item is of higher value, the difference will need to be paid, and if the new item is of lower value, a partial refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returned items, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.
